Care Instructions
- Disney Park Popcorn Buckets

- It is not recommended to place food directly inside the buckets. Ziplock bags are a great alternative to still utilize your popcorn bucket without the worry of being able to clean it afterward.
- Hand wash only. Do not submerge in water to clean. If necessary, use a damp paper towel or cloth to wipe out the inside. You may also use a damp sponge to lightly scrub the outside if something spills on it.
- Do not drop, and try to avoid excessive banging of the bucket, as this can damage the rhinestones.
- Avoid leaving in a parked car, no matter the temperature.
- Disney Park Sippers
- It is not recommended to place any kind of liquid inside the sippers. Condensation can get trapped between the plastic liner and the plastic body and cause molding (ask me how I know).

- Tumblers/Cups
- Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe.
- Do not soak.

- Do not leave cups in a hot car, do not microwave, do not put in freezer.
- Always use the cup with the lid and straw to protect the upper edge/rim.
- Mouse Hats
- Do not leave in a hot car.
- Spot clean only.
- If necessary, use a damp cloth or sponge to lightly wipe down the outside.
- Do not attempt to fold hats in half.
- Do not drop, and try to avoid excessive banging of the hats, as this can damage the rhinestones.
Custom Orders
- For custom orders, you will be contacted through email to discuss the design, colors, etc. after you make a purchase. Make sure to check your spam folder. If I do not get a response within 48 hours, I will refund the order and the process will have to start over again.
- You are responsible for giving me the correct spelling of names and other words that may be incorporated into a design.
- A custom listing will be made after all design discussions have taken place with a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the quoted price and must be paid before work will begin. After the item is completed, it will be submitted for review, and if approved, the remaining balance plus any shipping, will need to be paid before being shipped out.
- If you are sending me an item to be rhinestoned, you are responsible for shipping both ways. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.
Returns and Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Expected Timeline

- Turnaround times for made to order items are noted in the desciption of each listing. At times, due to being the sole propietor and artist, I may have delays. When you make a purchase, you are agreeing to the ESTIMATED turnaround times. I do not refund for delays.

- Ready to ship items process within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship through USPS and you will get a notice of your item shipping through email along with tracking. All packages are insured. If for some reason your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact me and I will help you file for the insurance and once you get the money back, you can either opt to repurchase, and I will remake the item, or you can choose to forgo the item.
