FAQs

  • What if the item I want blinged is not listed?

If you've seen an item that I have shown on Instagram or elsewhere and it is not currently listed to purchase, send me a message and we can work it as a custom order.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

I do!  If you have an idea for something to be made that I can expand upon or an item already in hand that you would want rhinestoned, reach out via email to discuss what you're looking for and we can chat price, ideas, etc.  I currently take on two custom orders at a time.  If those slots are filled, my Instagram bio will reflect that, and I will also let you know if you email me what a timeline looks like on opening back up.

  • How long does it take to make/when will my order ship?

Each item has its own estimated turnaround time listed in the description.  Bigger items, like popcorn buckets, will always take longer than smaller ones, so please plan accordingly if it is wanted for a specific event/time of year.  Ready to ship items, when available, have a processing time of 1-2 business days.

  • Are items insured?

Yes, all items are insured when they are mailed out.

  • What if you're running behind?

If something happens that would prevent me from meeting my turnaround deadline, I will reach out to the customer to let them know, but I do not refund for delays, as all turnaround times are estimates.

  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?

No, I do not accept returns/exchanges, unless something happens in transit, then we discuss options.

  • What happens if an item is damaged or lost in the mail?

This is where the insurance comes in.  I will help you get the package insurance through the package carrier, and we go from there.  Whether you would like to repurchase for a new item, thus starting a new turnaround time, or just foregoing all together.

  • Do you ship internationally?

At this time, international customers need to reach out to me via email first, so that way I can get a correct shipping price for the order.

  • What happens if stones fall off?

I take pride in every item that I make, so I take great care that there would be no stone mishaps.  However, I do know that things can happen. 

We will discuss the extent of the damage and how the damage occured.  Depending on the outcome, I can offer a repair kit that includes glue, a rhinestone tool, and the stones used to create the item that you can then repair yourself.  If it is more extensive damage, we can discuss mailing the item back in for a one time repair.
